AnalyticaChart3 Refund Policy

We offer a return policy ONLY on the basis of the product not functioning in a technical manner on your machine. Once you have submitted your Machine ID you are voiding your right to a return. There is a 3 day grace period after importing the AnalyticaChart3 into NinjaTrader before a Machine ID submission is required to continue using your product to ensure no software sharing occurs.

Please cancel subscriptions BEFORE they are renewed, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions that are not cancelled before their due date. Use of our site, or any of our products indicates an agreement to the policies on this page.

Please email sales@futuresanalytica.com with any questions about if the chart will be compatible with your setup BEFORE purchasing to ensure product satisfaction.

Futures Analytica does NOT guarantee trading performance of any kind. Order Flow tools are not plug and play profit buttons, they require research, due diligence, and ample practice to master. All resources on our website and outlets are for educational purposes only.
